Getting You The Software You NeedMicrosoft presents the MSDN Academic Alliance (MSDN AA) Program. MSDN AA is the easiest and most inexpensive way for students and faculty in the technology and design fields to get the latest Microsoft software they need. MSDN AA now refers to a family of memberships available to meet the different needs of the academic audience.

How Does It Work?The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department is licensed under the MSDN Academic Alliance Program which enables eligible students and faculty members to access software available under the program.
Who Can Participate?All students registered in ECE undergraduate or graduate courses have had their A-numbers registered in the system. All you need to do is set up an account following the instructions below.
How Do I Get Started?To begin, simply click here to go to the ECE portal of the MSDNAA site. You will need to create an account by doing the following:
Click on "Register" in the top right corner
Your "Student Identifier" is your A-number. Don't forget the A!
Enter your email address (does NOT need to be your university email)
Create a password
Once you click submit, you will receive an email with general information about the MSDNAA site and a confirmation of your login credentials. Use these on the login page. Then select a software title from the dropdown list or enter a title in the search field.
